We closed on the lot yesterday! It was relatively painless taking about an hour. A couple of glasses of bubbly at Ecco helped us celebrate. We're quite excited, but now we are officially going to have too much to do in 2011.

congrats!Don't know if you need a banker, but Stephanie Haas at Suntrust (she is a VP)has done many loans for our clients.Suntrust is the only Bank that appears to be doing construction loans.
